BACKEND SYSTEMS
1. GEOFENCING SYSTEM
Our delivery system is geofencing enabled. It is a location-based service
that uses GPS and cellular data to select the fastest route for delivery to
increase efficiency, security and productivity.
Multiple areas may share the same postcode. Machine learning
willread the addresses and geocode it for the delivery team
operating
in the geofenced area. This smart technology improves
thedata analysis on the number of parcels that need to be delivered
and
directs parcels to the nearest hub or depot for speedy delivery.
Customers only have to key in their address or postcode
and the system will be point them to our nearest hub or station
for customers to lodge in their parcels.
2. MFULFIL SYSTEM
MFulfil is a custom-built system specifically designed to cater to
selected industries.
The system comprises of Order Processing,
Inventory Management and Tracking modules.
It is integrated with
our Logistics Partners' Order Management and Tracking Systems
for shipment creation and tracking. It is also integrated with
Client Systems completing the
full ordering cycle from initial orders
creation up to the point of delivery (last-mile).
3. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our warehouses are equipped with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
that allows us
to know our inventory status without a physical check.
The warehousing methods of
FIFO and LIFO can be applied to ensure that
stocks are managed in the most efficient,
effective and desired way possible.
Improving order fulfilment and reducing order cycle time are also
part of the
WMS capabilities to optimise the warehouse space.
WMS provides real-time inventory management data.
